Properties:
White to light yellow powder (best quality), light yellow to light brown powder or lump (qualified product). Melting point 245°C. Soluble in ethanol, ether, benzene, chloroform and basic solution, slightly soluble in hot water, almost insoluble in cold water.
Application:
Used as intermediate for engineering plastic, organic pigments, liquid crystal materials and medicines; especially as monomer for heat-resistant synthetic materials.
